    A 5 star experience after having the WORST experiences here in the past.  So blended to a 4 star.

    The difference this time? A new male manager coordinating the formerly dysfunctional team.  Food flew out fast and fresh.

    Went there to try the Beyond Burger and left my bank card. A worker stole my card and used it multiple times. I had to file a police report and I hope they prosecute the worker for fraud.

    I went through the drive-through with my two small children and I was told through the speaker that the drive-through register was not working and I would have to come inside. I drove up to the window and explained to the lady that I had two small children with me and I didn't want to get them out of the car. I asked her if she could please just take my order through the window and I will hand her my credit card. She said no I needed to come inside. There was no one inside the restaurant so the woman could have very easily taken my order through the drive-through window. There were just 2 women who work for Burger King inside chatting not doing anything. There was a bunch of men outside loitering in the area and I did not feel safe getting my children out of the car.

    I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS BURGER KING AGAIN! I wish I could give zero or negative stars as giving the one is too gracious!  I went through the drive through this morning and it took 25 mins!! There were only two cars ahead of me and if it weren't for the way the drive through is designed I would have left or parked and went inside! At first I was giving them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe they were short staffed but as I drove around to where the window was I saw one man pretending to sweep the parking lot but was mostly just standing there looking at the people waiting in their cars.  Then as I drive up to the window there were two more employees just standing in the middle of the kitchen doing absolutely nothing! There are zero reasons it should take that long to go through a drive through! The only reason is because THE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT WORKING! I hope this makes it up to corporate or the owner because this is ridiculous and is going to put this place out of business!
